  • Why should I use you?
    We are a friendly and fair IT support and repair business. All our repairs are completed in house (ex. data recovery) to ensure all repairs are done to the highest standard. Most repairs are completed within 2-4 working days. We come to you - if you are within 15 miles of Horley, Surrey we can visit your home or business premises and 80% of issues on site with minimum downtime!   • What guarantee to you provide with your work?
    We offer a 90 day guarantee on our work. Please see below: If the same problem occurs within 90 days after we fix a fault, we will either; - fix the problem at no extra charge, or; - we will refund any money paid by you for the services we carried out, if we cannot fix the problem. The 90-day warranty will not be valid if any failures or errors are caused by the subsequent incorrect use or maintenance of any item installed or configured by us.
  • I'm not sure about leaving my device at your workshop
    We appreciate your device and data is important to you. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure your device and data is in good hands. We comply with all relevant GDPR legislation and will never share your data with third parties without your prior consent. We are registered as Microsoft Partner and the ICO. Our technicians will never access personal data whilst we test and repair your device. Any data from our recovery specialist is encrypted when being transported and each passcode is unique.
  • Do you work on devices running Linux?
    Unfortunately we do not currently service Linux machines. However we do repair the hardware of Linux machines!
  • Is there any devices you cannot repair?
    Whilst we aim to repair as many devices as we can we do not currently repair the following: - Devices running Windows Vista or older - Devices that are under manufacturers guarantee - Devices that are firmware locked and/or iCloud locked where the owner is unable to provide a valid password - Linux operating system (only hardware repairs of the machine)
  • Do you offer repairs that require soldering?
    Unfortunately we do not currently complete repairs that require soldering. We are working hard on getting this service available to customers.
  • Do you work on Apple Mac's?
    Yes we do! We are able to repair Apple products including Macbooks, iMacs, iPhones, iPads and iPods. Please fill out our quote form and we get back to you!
  • My device is not working correctly (or at all) are you able to recover my data?
    We work closely with a specialist recovery centre that are able to recover data from most media (inc. hard drives, SSD's, SD card, mobile phones and tablets). Whilst data recovery is not guaranteed we see 95% of customers devices coming back with all or some data successfully recovered. We will firstly need to inspect the device to find the best solution, please contact us so we can advise further.
