Please see below: If the same problem occurs within 90 days after we fix a fault, we will either; - fix the problem at no extra charge, or; - we will refund any money paid by you for the services we carried out, if we cannot fix the problem. The 90-day warranty will not be valid if any failures or errors are caused by the subsequent incorrect use or maintenance of any item installed or configured by us.

Unfortunately we do not currently service Linux machines. However we do repair the hardware of Linux machines!

Whilst we aim to repair as many devices as we can we do not currently repair the following: - Devices running Windows Vista or older - Devices that are under manufacturers guarantee - Devices that are firmware locked and/or iCloud locked where the owner is unable to provide a valid password - Linux operating system (only hardware repairs of the machine)

We work closely with a specialist recovery centre that are able to recover data from most media (inc. hard drives, SSD's, SD card, mobile phones and tablets). Whilst data recovery is not guaranteed we see 95% of customers devices coming back with all or some data successfully recovered. We will firstly need to inspect the device to find the best solution, please contact us so we can advise further.
